7th Annual Alcohol Law and Policy Conference for Center for Alcohol Policy is September 3-5, 2014 in Chicago

Mississippi Attorney General Jim Hood, who is also Chairman of the National Association of the Attorneys General, will deliver the keynote address at the 7th Annual Alcohol Law and Policy Conference.   This event will be held at the Hyatt Chicago Magnificent Mile.

The list of speakers and the agenda  are now available.   Topics include sessions on marijuana, counterfeit alcohol, alcohol regulation and First Amendment issues, retailer legal issues, underage sales compliance best practices, how to regulate alcohol once a prohibition is lifted, franchise law discussions as well as a state alcohol regulator round up.

The conference starts with a welcome reception Wednesday September 3rd, a full day of conference the 4th, and sessions ending by 12:30 on Friday to ensure a return home for the weekend.    Also, the second Annual Leadership in Alcohol Regulation will be presented at the reception on September 4th.

This conference registration fee is only $199 for government/ 501(c)(3) organizations and $599 for other registrants.  Prices go up on August 22.  Last year the 35 states that were requested to did grant CLE accreditation.
